

You may repeat these steps as often as needed and Camtasia automatically tracks these changes on the timeline by placing a blue marker. There is also an auto-expand button (shown below) that will automatically pan out the selection to encompass the entire recorded area. Instead of closing in using the adjustment tabs, you expand out to encompass more of the screen. Panning is completed using the same tool as zooming but is done in reverse. Once you zoom in on a portion of the screen, that zoom level will remain until you pan out.
